The Lodge is not responsible for robberies or thefts, we put at the disposition of the guest safe boxes so that he can keep his stuffs. When booking from the official site of El Soberbio Lodge (www.elsoberbio.com.ar), the guest declares to have been duly informed and / or read the activities proposed by El Soberbio Lodge, understanding the risks and difficulties involved. He also declares that he possesses the physical aptitude necessary to carry out such activities, and assumes full responsibility for these risks and their possible consequences on his person and on those of his dependents.
It is not allowed to smoke or eat inside the rooms.

We do not accept children under 10 years of age for security reasons.

We ask the guests to confirm their arrival at the lodge 24 hours before check-in.

The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest expenses of breakage or prejudice made by the latter to the establishment.
Upon entering the hotel, the guest will be asked to complete a form with their personal information and reservation details.
The guest must present their voucher on arrival at the lodge.

Cancellation policy :
The credit card is only a means of guarantee. The cancellation of the reservation by the user will not generate cancellation fees as long as it is made before the deadline established by the hotel o if the guest contact the hotel in order to cancel the booking. The deadline for arrival is 10pm.


Being surrounded by citronella fields, there are no mosquitoes.
We are a jungle lodge, the jungle has its fauna and flora that we have to respect, in case of not knowing how to act in front of an insect, our staff will be there to help you.
All the water that provides the complex comes from a natural slope, help us to preserve it and take care of the water.
